Dr Javier Perez graduated in dental surgery in 2010.
His clinical practice is focused on dental implants and oral surgery, from simple single tooth replacements to complex reconstructions involving both soft and hard tissues.
Dr Javier has completed a Masters in Implant Dentistry MClinDent (Implant) in London over three years and was awarded a diploma in Oral Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of England, one of the most prestigious colleges in UK.
Dr Perez has trained in Oral Surgery at the Maxillofacial Unit in the Queen Victoria Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in South England. He is at the forefront of dental implants and oral surgery regularly attending National and International conferences to develop his skills and learn about the latest trends in Implantology.
At Camden High Street Dental our implant team have placed over 5000 implants, often undertaking and being referred cases from other practioners. We also consult and treat cases where you may have been told that you are unsuitable for dental implants. Outside of work Dr Javier spends the majority of his time with his young family, recently welcoming a new son (October, 2021). He enjoys spending weekends exploring London, especially going to local food markets.

Dr Guilherme M. Xavier, completed a postgraduate diploma in Orthodontics and an MSc in Pharmacology, Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the same institution. In 2007 he started his PhD at the world leading King’s College London, sponsored by two prestigious awards (ALBAN and ORSAS). In 2013, he was appointed as an Academic Clinical Lecturer and honorary specialist registrar in Orthodontics at King’s College London; splitting his time between research and further clinical training in Orthodontics. His research led to several scientific publications in peer reviewed journals and his findings have been presented both abroad and throughout the UK. He qualified with a Distinction in his Master of Science in Orthodontics from King’s College London and was awarded the Professor Philip Walther Prize for the most outstanding performance. He also attained the Membership in Orthodontics (MOrth) with The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. Dr Xavier also actively pursued a significant role in academic teaching at Kings College London and is part of the specialist team at Dulwich Dental Office. Guilherme prides himself in the quality of his clinical care and continuing education. He is an expert in fixed and removable orthodontics for adults and children and a master in Invisalign with an attention to detail. Dr Sanjay Patel is the Clinical Director, his vision is simply to give the patient an exceptional level of care and experience whether it is routine, cosmetic, or implant based dentistry, using his vast experience gained from working Nationally and internationally. He undertakes the full spectrum of treatments from general dentistry, to cosmetic dentistry, smile makeovers dental implantology including reconstruction, and invisible braces.
He is the Lead Dental clinician at 3 practices undertaking both simple and complex dental implantology cases to replace anything from 1 missing teeth to a full arch reconstruction. Using the most advance techniques available to date we are proud that our implantology team has completed over 5000 Dental Implant Placements and has over 30 years combined experience. Dr Sanjay Patel has mentored dentists in all aspects of dentistry over the last 10 years, and is the dentists ‘dentist’.
Dr Sanjay Patel has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry including smile makeovers, invisible orthodontics, replacing missing gaps, and endodontic treatment and re-treatment. Dr James Pearlman undertook his bachelor of dental surgery at the University of Bristol. He completed his foundation training year in a high needs area in Potters Bar helped to develop his skills in restorative dentistry & oral surgery.
James then spent the next two years working in Sydney in aesthetic dentistry. This has been instrumental in refining his communication skills with patients, quality of restorative work & advancing his surgical skills. James is very confident and skilled when it comes to all aspects of general dentistry.

Radhika graduated from King’s College London in 2014, completing her five-year dental training. She went on to gain membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery with the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (MFDS) in 2016 and has since completed specialist training in Endodontology at King’s College London.
After qualifying, Radhika worked in the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery unit at the Royal United Hospital, Bath, before spending several years as a general dentist. During this time she developed a strong interest in Endodontics and pursued specialist training to refine her skills in this challenging and rewarding field.
Radhika enjoys all aspects of Endodontics, particularly the technical precision it requires and the satisfaction of helping patients preserve their natural teeth. She is committed to providing the highest standard of care, ensuring her patients feel comfortable and well-informed throughout their treatment.
